Frequently Asked Questions

Why one on one Yoga?

Individualized Yoga sessions are perfect for anyone who is new to Yoga or who has very specific functional needs. One on one sessions can help you learn the foundations of Yoga postures without feeling overwhelmed or hurried. It is also a good fit for anyone who may have certain physical limitations or recent surgeries that would require more frequent hands on assistance. Anytime someone focuses solely on you, it can create a deeper overall sense of being cared for.

Why do you require a non-refundable deposit for services offered at Wellspring Wellness Center?

The space that is rented at Wellspring is paid for at the time of scheduling and that time is specifically set aside for you. It is understandable that things come up; however, to successfully provide services, this policy is in place.

Why would you not perform my initial evaluation for Physical Therapy?

I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and legally cannot perform initial evaluations, re-assessments or discharges. I, however, can see you for all of your regular treatment sessions which makes up the majority of your treatment. There is a wonderful group of licensed Physical Therapists at Village Wellness and I can match you up with the best fit for the sessions in which I cannot see you.
