Aromatherapy
I have trained in Aromatherapy for Pain Management and I am currently working toward a 50 hour Level 1 Aromatherapist Certification. Once this is completed, I will begin offering one on one Aromatherapy consultations for custom blends which may be used for topical pain relief. Please stay tuned!
Currently, I offer custom Aromatherapy Enhancements to be used as an aromatic during Yoga and Reiki sessions - please see below!
Custom Aromatherapy Enhancement - Choose from a thoughtfully curated selection of essential oils to be used as an aromatic during any Yoga or Reiki session - $5
***Essential Oils are a wonderful way to help heal the body and mind however may cause various adverse reactions in some people. It is very important to let your practitioner know of any health conditions/allergies. An intake form that lists all medical conditions/allergies is required for any take home custom blended formulation***
*Aromatherapy can also be included in Physical Therapy sessions as appropriate. This can be addressed at your therapy appointments.
