Hi — I’m Amanda. I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Practitioner. I believe the body is designed for movement in all forms and when it functions well, we can live our fullest, most pain‑free lives. Movement in its physical form is not the only way we can heal. The movements of life—cooking a nourishing meal, honoring rest, or progressing through life’s transitions—are equally meaningful paths to healing. I am so glad you’re here and I look forward to supporting you on your way to physical freedom.
